EDITED BY ADMINISTRATION: This came in without a post title, which did something wonky to the way it appeared on Facebook. I am going to republish it.
You must tell her you know and talk about the blog that is about you. If it's a hurtful blog then maybe its time to not be friends. If it is something not particularly hurtful than maybe she can just take it down or just be honest - anonymity is clearly out the window. If you don't talk to her you'll just start to hate her.
